Backstory: After decades of war with each other, an uneasy alliance of Davrosian (white) and Imperial (dark) Daleks unite to invade Gallifrey, the home planet of the Time Lords. Meanwhile, the Eighth Doctor devises a plan to destroy his mortal enemies once and for all. With his good friend Romana, now President of the High Council of the Time Lords, the Doctor travels to Skaro to find the Eyes of Darvos. Based on stolen Time Lord technology these Twin Orbs were designed by Davros to hone in on all the Daleks in the universe. When joined with the Great Key of Time that Romana carries with her, they should act as a Super Demat Gun (and Dalek Bomb) capable of both targeting Daleks anywhere in the universe and killing all the Daleks on Skaro. The Doctor, meanwhile, hopes to link the entire Dalek Fleet directly to the power of the Eye of Harmony on Gallifrey... before the Dalek invasion collapses the Eye and turns Gallifrey into a black hole...
